Date: Thursday, April 09, 2020 09:00 AM

Venue: Kawartha Conservation Administration Building

Do you lead meetings where people simple show up, don’t engage, and when they walk away, they have taken little or no accountability for moving towards next steps? If you are looking to impact behaviours of those who attend your meetings and want them to take action, you will benefit from the techniques shared in this workshop. We will give you a framework to use for designing and delivering meetings that are purposeful and results-oriented.
