Ken Reid Conservation Area open with limited access

Ken Reid Conservation Area has re-opened with limited access and limited parking

  • The only access point is from the main driveway - there is NO ACCESS off the Rail Trail
  • ONLY Escarpment Trail, Pond Loop, and Off Leash Dog Park are Open
  • Disc Golf is CLOSED
  • NO ENTRY to the back of the park.

Kawartha Lakes is using portions of the Overflow Parking and Dog Park Parking Lot to deposit wood chips. Do NOT park where wood chips are being placed.

Trail work is ongoing and may result in closures throughout the coming months. Please respect all trail closed signs as teams are actively cutting trees and removing debris.
