Learn and Get Involved

Kawartha Conservation has a lot of great educational opportunities available for all ages.

Children can learn about the environment by participating in our curriculum based outdoor education programs.

Children can also participate in our day and weeklong Nature camps during July and August or during P.A. Day Camps throughout the school year.

Families can take part in nature activities, including birding, owl prowls and forest therapy walks.

Residents can become involved through a number of Citizen Science programs we offer.

You can help the watershed too, by becoming a volunteer with Kawartha Conservation

If you are looking for professional development opportunities, Kawartha Conservation hosts varying training courses throughout the year through our innovation hub.
